Recipe: Chinese Chicken Soup

Chinese Chicken Soup

Ingredients:

– 2 pc chicken feet
– 2 pc of pork spare ribs
– 2 pc carrots
– 2 pc corns
– 1 pc dried scallop
– 50g Yu Zhu
– 20g goji berries
– 1 or 2 honey dates

Method:

1. Parboil chicken feet and pork spare ribs. Remove after 10 minutes.

2. Dice carrots and chop corns.

3. Boil 1 litre of water. Add in all the ingredients. Bring to boil for half an hour. Simmer for 3 hours. Serve.
