Ingredients:
A
3 eggs approximately 60g each
100g sugar
B
4 slices of cheddar cheese
125g milk
80g butter
C
220g flour
1 tbsp baking powder
Method:
1. Whip A until sugar dissolved and slightly thicken.
2. Cook B over double boiler until cheese melted. Add it into A. Mix well.
3. Fold in sieved C. Mix well.
4. Pour it into greased rice cooker pot. Set to “cook”.
5. Set aside to cool when done.
6. Optional: Spread a thin layer of butter or whipped cream on top of the cake. Place some grated cheddar cheese or any other fruits or nuts on top.
