Ingredients:
– 200grams pork bones
– 1 big lotus root
– 1 honey date
– 2 corns
– 3 carrots
– 1 litre water
Seasonings:
Quater teaspoon of salt if necessary
Method:
1. Parboil pork bones. Remove after 10 minutes.
2. Chop and wash lotus root, corns and carrots.
3. Place all ingredient into pot.
4. Bring to boil for half an hour. Then simmer under low heat for 2 to 4 hours. Serve.
