Ingredients
– toufu
– minced meat (pork, beef or chicken)
– lettuces or bok choy
– Dodo chilli Otah
– minced garlic
– marinate the minced meat with your prefered sauce. I used soya sauce, sesame oil, corn flour, pepper.
Method
1. Add oil to wok. Stir fry garlic until a nice aroma surface.
2. Add minced meat. Stir fry till partially cooked.
3. Add toufu. Mesh up the toufu while stir frying.
4. Add in the chopped lettuces.
5. Add in sliced cubed Otahs.
6. Add some oyster sauce, black sauce and water. Add in some corn flour to thicken the gravy.
7. Add some pepper and salt to taste.
