Suffering from back pains when you sneezed? Or painful backs when you walked or stand too much and/or too long? So much so that there is a shooting pain right down at one leg when you sneezed or in pain? And at times the pain is at the bone just above the bottocks?
I am going through those.

Too many URLs to add for my own reference. Also shortened the URLs, cos it’s sooo long that it distorted my page.
Anyway, I am trying out on those standing/sitting posture, lifting objects, footwear, stretchings, not facing my computer for more than 15 hours, etc. Those that I am able to change for the better – I will do those first.
If pain persists, doctor here I come. Sian.
Anyone suffering the same thing with me, please drop me a note. Hope we can exchange some pointers how to rid this hell.
