Good Afternoon. The recipe is as follows.
De bone 2 chicken thighs. Remove 50% of the skin cut into chunks.
Put the chicken chunks into a bowl. Break an egg in and stir.
In another bowl mix corn flour, kentucky flour, garlic salt, ground basi and pepper.
Coat the chicken chunks in the flour mixture and AF at 180 degrees for 11 minutes.
After AF sprinkle dried basil leaves and black pepper on top. Done.
For the dipping sauce I mix one table spoon of mayo, one teaspoon of chill sauce and one teaspoon of tomato sauce with a sprinkle of dries basil leaves 🙂
