Airfried Crunchy Dim Sum Seafood Balls

Recipe adapted from Philips Airfryer Cookbook (China version)

Ingredients
200g prawns (minced)
300g sotong paste
1 tsp garlic/onion powder
1 tsp chicken powder
1 tsp onion oil
1 tsp sesame oil
1 tsp chinese cooking wine
1/2 tsp pepper
6 pcs white bread

Steps
1. Mix all ingredients (except for the bread) thoroughly, set aside.
2. Remove crust of bread and cut tiny cubes of about 1/2 cm or slightly smaller.
3. Roll the paste into a ball the size of a golf ball then coat with bread cubes.
4. Repeat till all paste and bread cubes are done.
5. Airfry the seafood balls in a preheated airfryer at 170 deg C for 10 mins, shake the the basket every 2-3 mins for even browning.
6. Serve hot with mayonnaise.

Note
1. This dish can be deep fried if one does not have an airfryer.
