We went to fetch Jason’s parents from Airport. They were in Vietnam for one week.
We had meal at airport and went Jason’s home.
The initial plan was send Brownie home, fetch his parents home, and then return my home.
But things are always unpredictable and don’t always follow as planned.
Jason’s dad’s laptop went cranky and simply refused to boot.

She tried to help me, but because the situation was really out of her scope, she tried her best.
Because after 1 week in Vietnam, FIL used his laptop to store data and intend to bring home to work on it, and it’s pretty urgent.
So we called some computer service repair man up. Because it’s a Saturday and the next day is Vesak Day, not everyone is available.
Finally one was willing to come over.
8.30pm he arrived. He looked really young.
He started his work and loading stuffs. Once we saw the data we were delighted! Jason grabbed his Iomega over and store all in it.
It took really long. So Jason asked repair man to go have his dinner first.
When he returned half an hour later, it haven’t backup finish.
Once backup, he tried to repair. Wasn’t successful. Did a total restore. And finally it’s working.
The time now is 1.30AM.
Charged only $100. We were shocked. Very reasonable. The data retrieved are worth more than $100.
Because it’s so late, $50 more was given to him as cab fare.
